WASHINGTON (AP) -- D.C. police say the bodies of two men were found about 50 feet apart by Interstate 295 in southeast Washington, but there is no sign of foul play.
Police say they believe the men found near an encampment by the Pennsylvania Avenue ramp on Wednesday were homeless.
No cause of death has been determined yet, but police say they are looking at the possibility that a sudden drop in temperatures may have played a role. Police say they're conducting separate death investigations.
Investigators have identified one man, who was 63, but police say they won't release his name until his next of kin are notified.
