WASHINGTON (AP) -- Members of the public will be able to see and touch dozens of vehicles from dump trucks and street sweepers to police cars and a police helicopter during an event in the parking lot of Washington's RFK Stadium.
The D.C. government is hosting a free event Saturday that includes the annual "Truck Touch" event from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Also this year city government agencies will be on hand to offer information about services, programs and activities available for residents during the summer.
The day will include free food, entertainment, giveaways, basketball tournaments and moon bounces.
