Report: FBI most wanted man spent time in Texas

Monday - 5/6/2013, 1:00pm  ET

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A D.C. private school teacher accused of producing child pornography who was captured after a year on the FBI's 10 most-wanted list spent part of his time on the run in Texas, according to a new newspaper account.

The Washington Post (http://wapo.st/10C2ssX) reports Eric Toth appears to have worked at a computer repair store called P.C. Guru in Austin. He was arrested in Nicaragua in April.

The paper reports colleagues knew Toth under a different name.

The owner of P.C. Guru at the time, Paul Mullen, told the paper he had no reason to suspect the man who worked at the store for two and a half years and was a computer whiz.

Mullen also said he sometimes fixed computers without charging if people didn't have money.
