WASHINGTON – Prince George’s County Police tell WTOP an off-duty D.C. police officer has been fatally shot in Upper Marlboro.
They also say the suspect has been barricaded in the home on Green Moss Drive where the incident took place.
Prince George’s County Police say the suspect is believed to be a family member of the D.C. police officer.
Neighbors in the area should stay inside and keep their doors locked. Anyone with information should call 911.
