WASHINGTON – Ward 8 Councilmember Marion Barry was hospitalized Tuesday night after his blood sugar dropped below normal.
The former D.C. mayor tweeted that he was taken to the hospital by the fire department but says the incident wasn’t life-threatening.
He said doctors are keeping him overnight for observation.
