WASHINGTON - District of Columbia Mayor Vincent Gray and other city officials are marking the completion of a road reconstruction project.
Gray is scheduled to participate at 10 a.m. Tuesday at a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Benning Road reconstruction project.
Transportation officials say the project has improved traffic flow and the look of Benning Road NE.
The ceremony will be held on the sidewalk adjacent to the Dorothy I. Height/Benning Neighborhood Library.
