Fire tears through closed D.C. school building

WASHINGTON - A fire that ripped through a shuttered District of Columbia elementary school is under investigation.
The fire broke out late Monday night at the old Webb Elementary School building in northeast Washington.
No injuries were reported.
The school has been closed since 2008.
