Police say 22-year-old Calvin Shaw of Laurel was arrested Sunday by members of a regional fugitive task force.
Shaw has been charged with first-degree murder while armed in the shooting death of 19-year-old Crevontai Key. The victim was one of four people who were shot around 8 p.m. Wednesday as they were watching fireworks in the Fort Totten neighborhood of Northwest Washington.
