WASHINGTON - Police activity near the Ronald Reagan Building closed roads Friday morning.
Police reopened 14th Street between Constitution Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue, then a police officer making a U-turn broke down in the southbound lanes.
Pennsylvania Avenue NW, which had been closed between 13th and 14th streets, has reopened.
