Police identify man killed by trash truck in D.C.

WASHINGTON - Authorities have identified a pedestrian who was struck and killed by a garbage truck in Northwest Washington.
Police say 31-year-old Stanley W. Huff Jr. of Washington was struck as the truck was backing out of an alley in the 2900 block of Harvard Court about 2 p.m. Monday.
Authorities say the incident remains under investigation.
