WASHINGTON - Nationals pitcher Stephen Strasburg is ready for his first full season coming off his recovery from Tommy John surgery. After rehabbing in the minor leagues for part of last season, Strasburg returned to the big leagues in September and pitched in five games going 1-1 with an ERA of 1.50. He walked two and struck out 24 in five games.

In part one of this two-part interview, Strasburg talks about where his intense work ethic comes from, the fact he will be on a 160 innings limit this year and the rotation with additions of Gio Gonzalez and Edwin Jackson.

In part two, Strasburg talks about what the feeling is in the clubhouse as the Nats get ready for the season, Ryan Zimmerman signing his contract and playing for Davey Johnson, who also coached Strasburg in the Olympics.
