WASHINGTON – Pennsylvania Avenue in Northwest D.C. will be closed between 13th and 14th streets for events surrounding the National Day of Service and Remembrance Tuesday, Sept. 11.
The closure will begin at 7 a.m. and continue through 7 p.m., potentially affecting both morning and evening rush hours.
